Services
Homekare Plumbing provides professional plumbing services to residential and commercial customers. Our services include but are not limited to repairs, installations, maintenance, and emergency plumbing services.
Booking and Appointments
When you book a service through our website or by phone:
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information
- You confirm you are authorized to request services at the specified address
- You agree to be present or have an authorized adult present at the scheduled appointment time
- You understand that appointment times are estimates and may vary based on prior service calls
SMS Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and using our services, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Homekare Plumbing. By opting in, you agree to the following:
Program Description
Our SMS messaging program sends service-related notifications including:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Technician en-route notifications when your service provider is on the way
- Post-service feedback requests
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service appointments. Typically, you will receive 1-3 messages per service appointment.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Homekare Plumbing does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier rates may apply.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from our program.

Carriers
Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Pricing and Payment
- Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and may change upon inspection
- Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
- We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee.
Warranty
We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be provided at the time of service. Warranties cover workmanship and may not cover pre-existing conditions, customer-supplied parts, or issues caused by third parties.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homekare Plumbing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Property Access
By scheduling a service appointment, you grant our technicians permission to access the areas necessary to complete the requested work. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to work areas and for securing pets during service appointments.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Homekare Plumbing and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of NC, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
